Industrial Relations Manager - GL

Putra Perkasa Abadi is seeking a strategic Industrial Relations Manager (GL) to join our team in Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and mitigating labor relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. As an Industrial Relations Manager (GL), you will be at the forefront of resolving workplace disputes, implementing employee relations programs, and advising management on labor-related matters. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our policies and practices align with legal requirements and industry standards. This role requires a deep understanding of labor laws, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement employee relations programs to promote a positive work environment.
• Manage and resolve workplace disputes, grievances, and complaints in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
• Conduct investigations into labor-related issues and provide recommendations for corrective action.
• Advise management on labor-related matters, including policy development and compliance with labor laws.
• Monitor labor market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and proactive planning.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with labor unions and other stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to managers on labor relations best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Employment Relations Act and other relevant legislation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial relations, labor law, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing labor disputes and resolving workplace conflicts.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
• Certification in labor relations or a related field is a plus.
