IT Asset Management Officer - Bali (Canggu/Ubud/Denpasar)

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT assets across multiple locations in Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure that all IT assets are properly tracked, monitored, and maintained, using tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and other asset management software.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement to disposal, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Implement and maintain asset management software, such as ServiceNow, to track and monitor IT assets across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that all IT assets are properly maintained and updated, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT assets to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the proper use and care of IT assets, promoting best practices and reducing the risk of damage or loss.
• Monitor and report on the performance of IT assets, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT asset management, and implement best practices to improve processes and outcomes.
• Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure that all IT assets are properly maintained and supported, and to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT asset management, with a strong understanding of asset lifecycle management processes.
• Proven experience with asset management software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking components.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues related to IT asset management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Certifications in ITIL, ISO 27001, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
