📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the accounting team in implementing innovative financial strategies to ensure robust financial reporting.
• Oversee all financial accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Manage tax compliance and ensure accurate and timely tax filings.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Conduct regular financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices to maintain tax compliance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team to foster a culture of excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting and tax, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
