📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Operate and maintain various manufacturing machines, including CNC machines, injection molding machines, and packaging equipment.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency, adhering to strict quality control standards.
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements and optimize production workflows.
Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Document production data and machine performance metrics for analysis and reporting.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with CNC machines, injection molding machines, and packaging equipment.
Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
Basic understanding of computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software.
Proven ability to work in a team environment and meet production targets.
Valid certifications in machinery operation and safety (e.g., OSHA, ISO, or equivalent).
Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
