📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new sales opportunities for bancassurance products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and present compelling sales proposals to clients.
• Manage and track sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of bancassurance services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of bancassurance products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Salesforce.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
