📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of all lifts and escalators to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair any issues with lifts and escalators promptly to minimize downtime.
• Conduct routine tests and calibrations to ensure the proper functioning of safety devices and controls.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to address complex maintenance and repair issues.
• Ensure compliance with national safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to school staff on the proper use and maintenance of lifts and escalators.
• Document all maintenance activities and inspections in the school's maintenance management system.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and safety awareness in all activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in lift and escalator maintenance and repair.
• Certification in lift and escalator maintenance from recognized institutions such as ASME, BSI, or ISO.
• Familiarity with lift and escalator control systems and safety devices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
