📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules using advanced software like SAP or Oracle.
• Oversee inventory management processes, including procurement, storage, and distribution.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor a team of production planners and inventory control specialists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in production planning and inventory control.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in production planning and inventory control, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of optimizing supply chain operations and improving efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
