📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the automotive industry.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to create and maintain job descriptions and specifications.
• Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.
• Adhere to and promote compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition or employee engagement.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
