Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and prepare necessary tax filings.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and provide financial analysis.
- Oversee the payroll process and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
- Manage bank accounts and ensure proper reconciliation.
- Provide financial training and support to the finance team.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Certification in Indonesian tax regulations (e.g., Akuntan Publik) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the bakery industry is a plus.
