Develop and implement a comprehensive medical affairs strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Lead and manage a team of medical affairs professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulatory agencies, and pharmaceutical companies.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of medical affairs initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in the healthcare industry.,Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and meetings, both locally and internationally.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of medical affairs initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as medicine, pharmacy, or healthcare administration.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in medical affairs, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of success in developing and implementing medical affairs strategies.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations, policies, and guidelines.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
