📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet customer demands and preferences.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Maintain accurate records of food inventory and usage.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Continuously improve kitchen processes and product quality.,Assist in menu development and cost control.,Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local culinary preferences and trends.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Valid food handler's certification.
