Store Plus Indonesia is looking for a dedicated Store Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking.,Assist in the organization and presentation of merchandise to enhance the shopping experience.,Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues promptly.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using the point-of-sale system.,Monitor store traffic and sales performance, providing regular reports to the store manager.,Assist in the organization of store events and promotions, ensuring they run smoothly.,Perform regular store maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or store operation role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Must be able to work remotely and independently.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
