ORBIT Unggul is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can ensure the efficient and safe operation of our vehicles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring all vehicles are in good working condition.,Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including route planning, driver assignments, and vehicle inspections.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance staff to ensure timely and efficient service.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including vehicle utilization, cost savings, and safety compliance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding fleet management.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members regarding fleet operations and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian (both written and spoken).,Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
