📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement departmental strategies and goals that align with the company's overall objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their best performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all activities are coordinated and that the company's overall goals are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate this knowledge into the department's operations.
  • Ensure that all departmental policies and procedures are followed, and that all employees are aware of and comply with these policies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, and to achieve results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required.
  • Experience in remote work is a plus.
