📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the medical industry.,Provide product training and education to healthcare professionals.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market conditions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Manage a team of medical representatives and provide guidance and support.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in pharmacy, medicine, or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.,Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong sales background.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with the medical industry and healthcare professionals.,Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
