As a Lead Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering projects. You will work closely with our team of engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering projects.
  • Work closely with our team of engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings, presentations, and other professional development activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering design, construction, and maintenance principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead engineering teams and projects.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
  • Valid professional engineering license and membership in a recognized professional engineering organization.
  • Experience with project management software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
