📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Review financial records, documents, and transactions to identify discrepancies and potential risks.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Assist in the development and implementation of internal control procedures and policies.,Conduct interviews and surveys with employees to gather information for audit purposes.,Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing.,Support the audit team in planning and executing audit projects.,Participate in continuous learning and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).,Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
