📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collaborate with clients to identify strengths, set career objectives, and develop personalized job search strategies
• Assist clients in creating and updating their resumes and cover letters
• Conduct mock interviews to prepare clients for job interviews
• Research and identify potential job opportunities that align with clients' skills and interests
• Build relationships with local employers to promote inclusive hiring practices
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their job search process
• Attend and participate in workshops, training sessions, and networking events to enhance clients' skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate records of clients' progress and job search activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in job coaching, career counseling, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of job search strategies and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with job boards and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Understanding of inclusive hiring practices and the needs of individuals with special needs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
