📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.,Manage relationships with external auditors, accountants, and other financial service providers.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Provide financial advice and guidance to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial reporting standards.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work arrangements.
