📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Support the procurement team in preparing purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and market trends.,Assist in the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on predefined criteria.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of procurement needs.,Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels.,Provide administrative support to the procurement team, including scheduling and coordinating meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
