📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation and timely submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including journal entries, adjusting entries, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment and collection of invoices.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management, including variance analysis, budget vs. actual, and forecast reports.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast, working closely with the Finance Director to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards.
• Provide financial support to the business units, including cost allocation, budgeting, and financial planning.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and systems, using tools such as SAP and QuickBooks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy or resources industry.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using financial software such as SAP, QuickBooks, and Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.
