📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the cashier in handling customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues they may have.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
  • Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Assist in opening and closing the cash register, ensuring accurate and complete records are kept.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in the cashier area.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper hygiene practices and wearing personal protective equipment when necessary.
  • Assist in any additional tasks as assigned by the cashier or store manager.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably in a cashier or assistant cashier role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with customers and team members.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
