📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.,Manage the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.,Monitor cash flow and banking activities, ensuring financial compliance.,Conduct regular audits of accounting processes to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with management to develop and implement financial strategies.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior accounting staff to maintain high standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting practices and regulations.
