📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer requirements.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Assist the head chef in planning and executing special menus and events.,Ensure smooth operation of the kitchen during peak hours.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall kitchen management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Familiarity with kitchen management software and tools.,Good understanding of menu planning and cost control.,Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
