📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet company goals and customer demands.,Monitor production progress and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity.,Lead and mentor production team members, providing guidance and support to achieve optimal performance.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe working environment.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet required standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.,Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members and other departments.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Knowledge of quality control and safety regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.
