Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance management role,Strong background in financial analysis and reporting,Proficient in using financial software and tools,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and standards
