📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of 5-10 employees to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve business performance and profitability.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that all team members are trained and equipped with the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Participating in business development activities and identifying new opportunities for growth.
  • Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of the industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
