📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's growth and profitability.,Monitor and manage the company's cash flow and liquidity, ensuring adequate funding for operations.,Provide financial guidance and advice to the company's management and board of directors.,Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and other financial filings.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial reporting standards.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proven track record of achieving financial goals and objectives.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.
