In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing financial advice to senior management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage accounting activities including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.,Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.,Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations in Indonesia.
