📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and client relationships.
  • Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and customer relationship management, preferably in a dental or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop key client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
