📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet monthly targets.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.,Assist in the organization of sales promotions and events.,Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service best practices.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must; English is a plus.,Fresh graduate with strong academic background and relevant experience is also welcome.
