📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.,Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation.,Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints.,Perform other duties as assigned by the branch manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a banking or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of banking products and services.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using basic computer software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.
