Hotel Fajar Spareparts is looking for a dedicated Deputy General Affairs to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the hotel run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the General Manager and other department heads to ensure that the hotel meets its financial and operational goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.,Ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed and that staff are trained and supervised accordingly.,Oversee the financial performance of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Coordinate with other department heads to ensure that the hotel meets its financial and operational goals.,Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Ensure that the hotel is compliant with all local and national regulations.,Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel's facilities and equipment.,Manage the hotel's inventory and procurement processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations and management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
